A software product developed exclusively by Sidwell, Parcel Builder is the premier parcel mapping solution for ArcGIS® 9.2 software from ESRI. Parcel Builder provides users with a comprehensive GIS-based land records management solution that is fully compliant with the newest technology from ESRI. Parcel Builder features simplified interfaces, significantly streamlines most common cadastral mapping tasks, and provides complete integration for GIS, Tax and CAMA workflows.
Salt Lake County, Utah has selected Sidwell’s complete suite of Parcel Builder software to support their GIS and land records management workflows. Sidwell will also provide related professional services including implementation and training, as well as other project management and support services.
Utah County has also elected to purchase multiple licenses of the complete Parcel Builder suite. Parcel Builder professional services including implementation and on-site training are also included. In addition, web-based cadastral editing training will also be provided for the Utah County Recorder’s office.
