A software product developed exclusively by Sidwell, Parcel Builder is the premier parcel mapping solution for ArcGIS® 9.2 software from ESRI. Parcel Builder provides users with a comprehensive GIS-based land records management solution that is fully compliant with the newest technology from ESRI. Utah County has also elected to purchase multiple licenses of the complete Parcel Builder suite. Parcel Builder professional services including implementation and on-site training are also included.
