Sidwell offers parcel maps (property tax maps) in two formats and in various sizes depending on the specific county.
Individual parcel line maps contain property and attribute line work and text only. Included in the information shown on a standard parcel map are: parcel identification numbers (PIN), parcel and lot dimensions, streets and street names, as well as various other data typically used in property location and identification.
Composite map prints bring together parcel line maps and corresponding aerial photography to offer a visual representation of a specific area of interest. For instance, users can view property and building characteristics, building locations, and proximity to other buildings or ground features with the property dimensions and other text information displayed as well.
