Sidwell’s Accela Practice
This newsletter includes two exciting pieces of news (see below) that focus on our efforts to build and expand our Accela practice area. Accela is the leading provider of cloud-based civic engagement solutions for government and Sidwell is an implementation partner and value added reseller of their solutions. We’re very proud that Chad Bergeson has become an Accela Bronze Certified Implementation Specialist. I personally witnessed the work that he put into that designation and I can say that he really earned it! We’re also thrilled that Mike Kellison has joined our team as an Implementation Services Analyst, bringing with him a wealth of technical and local government leadership experience. Chad and Mike are supported by an outstanding technical team in our Solutions and Services Department, and we anticipate expanding our Accela practice in the coming months as the number of our implementations expands.
We have taken a very serious approach to building our Accela expertise and resources. Our objective is to complement our other service areas so as to serve the growing needs of our customers. Our initial focus is on implementing Accela’s Land and Asset Management solutions, expanding into their other solutions as we gain momentum and experience. Accela has been a true partner in this endeavor, going above and beyond in their support of our efforts. Our commitment to you is that our work in this and all areas will be excellent, and will meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
