What do Tax Maps contain?

Individual tax map pages contain linework and text only. Tax map pages typically include the following information:

- - Parcel identification numbers
  - Parcel and lot dimensions
  - streets and street names
  - Various other data typically used in property location and identification

If you are looking for both aerial and linework, composite maps are sometimes available. Please contact us for additional information.

What sizes are available for tax maps?

Four (4) sizes are available for printed tax map pages, including:

- - Half Size (50:1) — 11×17 inches
  - Full Size (100:1) — 17.5×19 inches, 20×30 inches, or 22×34 inches

Digital tax maps are PDFs that are full-size (100:1).

What are Customized Atlases?

We take only the tax maps you require and create a customized atlas(es) for you. All maps come neatly organized in a protective hard-bound cover and have a one-time fee.

What are the benefits of a customized atlas?

- - Keep a more accurate count of the taxable parcel lots in your district or organization
  - Smaller, more manageable atlas containing only the pages you need
  - Books can include a township/index map for an overview of your district or area
  - Printed as one-sided map pages, there is plenty of room for notes on the back of each page
