The Sidwell Company (Sidwell) is excited to have been selected for the parcel fabric migration project with Peoria County, IL. This project includes the migration of nearly 90,000 parcels into the Esri Parcel Fabric data model. This is an important step for the County in the continuous modernization of their land records workflows and represents a continued partnership between the County and Sidwell. The County will also be utilizing Sidwellโs Parcel Administrator and Map Plotter applications to further enhance the workflows for managing the land records processes.
Josh Thompson, GISP is the GIS Manager for Peoria County IT Services-GIS Division and oversees the GIS data shared throughout the County. Thompson expressed enthusiasm about the project and explained that the parcel modernization project will aid the GIS team by allowing them to have a more efficient workflow and provide improved tools to maintain the Countyโs applications and data.
Sidwell has provided services to the County for over a decade.
