What versions of ArcGIS Desktop is this solution compatible with?

Each Sidwell solution (FARMS, Parcel Administrator, Map Plotter) is compatible with ArcGIS Desktop versions 10.8.X, 10.7.X, and 10.6.X. It is recommended that the user have a standard or advanced ArcGIS Desktop license level.
