At Sidwell for 10 years, Soomee is a recent addition to the Helpdesk team. When she is not helping clients, Soomee maintains her duties as a GIS Analyst. She has a BA in Geography and Psychology, as well as a MS in Geography. Soomee enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, and reading
Rich Kern
Rich has worked for Sidwell for 12 years. His desire to find a solution to every problem makes him a great asset to our Helpdesk team. Rich earned an Associates degree, and also studied GIS at Northern Illinois University. In his free time, Rich enjoys board games, musical instruments, and conversations about the cosmos – anything that will challenge his mind.
Nate Dean
Nate has been with Sidwell for 12 years. Besides being a member of Sidwell’s Helpdesk team, Nate is also a GIS Analyst, and has been a member of our GIS Production team. Nate has a BS in Geography and Earth Science. Nate and his wife Abby have a son named Noah. Nate enjoys volleyball, hockey, camping, meditation, and punk rock.
It is always such a pleasure to deal with Sidwell. Everyone I have ever dealt with there has been pleasant, helpful, and also eager to be helpful. Not just helpful because they have to. This is something I have not been used to in the past when dealing with other County contactors. I truly appreciate all that Sidwell has done for us over the years.
