Bruce T. Harper joined Sidwell last January to direct our client services team. With 20+ years in the industry, Bruce is a proven technology leader with experience in local government serving in various agencies under a variety of roles, including CIO, GIS manager and IT director. During his time in local government, Bruce led many technological enhancing projects and helped each organization update and leverage their GIS environment.
