Sidwell Expands Implementation Services Team
St. Charles, Illinois – The Sidwell Company is pleased to announce the addition of Millie Crossland as a Project Implementation Analyst to the Implementation Services Team.
With the addition of Millie, Sidwell is better positioned to support the great demand for local government technology implementation projects across the nation. Millie brings more than three years of experience performing Accela project implementations, first as an employee of Accela and most recently working for an Accela business partner. Previously, she worked at the cities of Oakland, California, and Kansas City, Missouri, gaining direct experience in municipal government. At Sidwell, Millie will head up all aspects of Project Management for our Accela Implementation Services.
Van O’Brien, Director of Solutions and Services, states, “We are very excited to have Millie join our Implementation Services team. Her experience and skill set are a perfect fit and will allow us to better serve our clients.”
In reaction to this new transition, Millie stated, “I feel like my Accela experience has been in preparation to join this team. Working in local government for 20 years has helped me to really understand the needs and constraints of staff and leaders. I am joining a team of smart, dedicated technical experts. Together we will assist governments in providing great service to their citizens.”
Sidwell is also delighted to announce that Megan Sneddon has been promoted to the position of Project Analyst.
In her new role, Megan will perform vital technical services in support of our Accela implementation projects, ensuring that every task is performed in compliance with the specifications of our contracts and to the satisfaction of our clients.
Megan shared, “It’s exciting to be able to be a part of a rapidly expanding service at Sidwell. I look forward to the challenge of continuing to grow and work on more projects in the future.”
