What are the software requirements for ArcGIS Hub?

An ArcGIS Online subscription is required for both the basic and premium license levels of ArcGIS Hub. Additionally, users of ArcGIS Hub Premium will need to set up a separate community organization to manage community engagement accounts for their Hub site. This is separate from an ArcGIS Online organizational account.
