I am excited to announce two leadership changes at Sidwell that are directly related to how we serve you, our clients. Both involve the promotion of outstanding individuals to lead our Business Development and Project Management departments.
Tony Pellettiere has been promoted to the position of Director of Business Development. Tony
has been serving as our Western Regional Sales Manager. Working out of the Denver, Colorado,
area, Tony has earned an impressive reputation in direct sales and territory development as well
as in working with strategic partners, and has demonstrated a high level of knowledge of our
industry and the marketplace and a real vision for the future.
Tony established the Sidwell brand in the western United States by developing and implementing an innovative sales and marketing strategy. His management priorities for 2013 include the implementation of a focused and coordinated sales and marketing strategy, and to strengthen our relationships with our clients as well as our strategic business partners in order to bring new and innovative solutions to you.
Van O’Brien has been promoted to the position of Director of Project Management. Most recently, Van
served as our Technical Marketing Manager and Manager of Project Implementations. Van has demonstrated a serious approach to customer service and the marketplace, as well as a deep understanding of our products and services. Van possesses very strong technical skills but what sets him apart is his ability to successfully serve our clients. He is responsible for overseeing all of our project management and implementation activities.
Along with Tony, he also joined Sidwell’s management team. Van’s management priorities for 2013 include improving Sidwell’s reputation through highly successful project implementations and excellent client support, evaluating performance on every project by surveying each client, and implementing a comprehensive system for ensuring project benchmarks and deadlines are achieved more consistently.

key leadership positions, the objective is all about serving you better! We recognize that if we do that with
