Message from the President:
In July of this year, we announced our decision to move Sidwell’s corporate headquarters to a new location this fall. On November 18, 2013, we will reside at the building pictured above, which is located at 2570 Foxfield Road, Suite 300 in St. Charles, Illinois. Sidwell will occupy the entire third floor.
All of us at Sidwell are very excited about moving to our new home. This process is proving to be an opportunity for us to reshape the physical aspects of our business to reflect our current needs. Our business has changed so much in the fourteen years that we have been at our current home. Because our business processes have become almost 100% digital, we are able to eliminate equipment and furniture that is no longer needed. For instance, we donated dozens of flat map file cabinets to the Northern Illinois University School of Art, which was in dire need of storage space for their archives and student projects.
The time is right for us to move our staff into a brand new facility. We have designed the space plan and technical infrastructure to optimize our current workflows and processes, and to inspire collaboration and creative thinking. One of the most exciting aspects of our plans involve new client training and communication facilities that will allow us to work more effectively with customers who come to Sidwell, as well as those we serve remotely. Our overall objective is to put our staff in an environment that will foster excellent customer care and technical innovation.
